GEM++ is a package which provides several softwares based on integer linear programming for solving graph matching. This implementation can be used in conjunction with several solver, namely GLPK, Gurobi and CPLEX.
This page is still under construction and will be soon completed.
Once installed, the following command gives the command line documentation.
File formats are similar to those used in ILPIso and are detailed here.
